ABOUT US
WellSpray Technologies, LLC was founded by energy executives experiencing the 2020 pandemic first-hand with slowdowns, layoffs and shutdowns. After consulting with the world's leading virologists and months of research, the decision was made to move forward. They sought to uncover solutions to fight the coronavirus on both the surfaces we touch and the indoor air we breathe.
WellSpray determined that no multi-functional equipment had been invented that adequately neutralizes the dozens of dangerous viruses and bacteria we encounter every day, including COVID-19 and the flu. Over a fifteen-month process, WellSpray combined and improved upon three superior technologies in one machine. They successfully designed, patented, and built the first-of-its-kind Surface and Air "Pathogen Scrubber," trademarking it as the SurfAir 365.
Once they established parameters for the type of equipment needed, WellSpray sought a manufacturing partner to help build the fastest, safest, and most effective machines on the market. After two unsuccessful attempts by different corporations, WellSpray found Compass Instruments with a proven 30-year track record providing specialized OEM parts and controls for the petro-chem industry.
Compass Instruments is owned by Joseph Wilson and the Wilson family. Joe served America proudly as a young man, earning Compass Instruments government recognition as a disabled veteran-owned organization. Known industry-wide for designing and installing the control systems for the largest oil ship of its kind, Joe's contribution alone cost nearly $50 million. Recently, the United States Government entrusted Compass to design and build efficient portable ventilators.
Compass and WellSpray agreed on a joint-venture partnership to create the most advanced surface and air environmental control system in its class. Both privately-held companies dedicated themselves to the continued development, manufacturing, and assembling of the SurfAir 365 System as they capture the U.S. market.
